An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a government institution basically directed to serve Al Ain Area, which covers Al Ain City and the neighbouring outskirts on a major city improvement
To be suitable for the position you must;
- Be a charted transport planner
- Have a background in leading a team
- Be degree qualified
- Have experience in master planning
- Have experience of cube voyager
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you had;
- Experience of working in the middle east
ROLE INFORMATION
Your principle role will be to assist in the delivery of a wide range of strategic transport modelling and demand forecasting as well as transport appraisal work across this Emirate.
You will be working for the Planning Department which is engaged in the mapping and zoning of the entire Emirate with a view to creating a new master plan.
As part of this important process, the Planning Department are looking to appoint a Transport Planner /Modeller with a strong background in transport infrastructure and strategic modelling who is able to produce clear, precise and coherent analysis, report and plots from transport models and from transport appraisal packages.
