The Role:
The Super user who reports to the Warehouse Management System(WMS) Manager implements the Training Plan within the Regional Distribution Center(RDC) by looking at requirements for each Department and User, Time Frame required and Role Out Process.
Responsibilities:

  • Support all functions within the RDC on a day to day basis;
  • Lias with Customer Service on quality issues which effect warehouse performance goals;
  • Update RDC Manager on all current issues within the RDC on a daily basis;
  • Troubleshoot Warehouse Users problems and resolving them;
  • Develop customized reports using crystal reports
  • Ensuring that all processes are being carried out correctly, and dealing with problems and issues as they arise;
  • Obtain information from the Shipping Department on incoming shipments;
  • Design, test and configure new WMS process.
  • Reconciliation of file posting between KCC and WMS.
Skills and Experience:
  • Distribution Centre/Warehouse experience;
  • Must be computer literate with high standards of MS Office
  • Must have knowledge of SQL Query Analyzer and Crystal Reports
  • Have Secondary School Education;
  • WMS operational system knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills;
  • Self motivated and flexible to work long hours
