Project and Cost Management Division provides a wide range of Project and Programme Management Services, often combining its specialist resources with those of the Group and as part of large multidisciplinary teams.
At Jumeirah Golf Estates Mott MacDonald are responsible for the design and supervision of all infrastructure including roads, drainage, electrical distribution, potable and TSE water distribution, and telecommunications on the 375 ha site, together with the Project Management of the development as a whole, including 1000 villas, the Golf Clubhouse and other buildings.
• Assist with the measurement and assessment of information provided in support of the Contractor's monthly application
• Assist with drafting variation orders and prepare all back up required
• Reconcile as built and contract measures
• Provide quantities for tender documents
• Measure as built information
